· R³_® High Performance Asphalt Cold Mix will make permanent repairs for life and for the life of the surrounding pavement in at least 90% of all repairs, when properly applied, which will not need to be replaced with hot mix.

· R³_® will perform in both extreme wet or dry conditions.

· R³_®  winter grade will remain workable in sub-freezing temperatures and R³_® summer grade will not shove or rut in summer temperatures.

· R³_® stockpiles will retain their properties for over one (1) year when properly stored on a paved surface and not contaminated by foreign materials.

· R³_® requires no tack oil and will not bleed through hot mix overlays.

If R³_® fails to perform to these standards, we will replace the material at no cost to you…PERIOD.
